ANAJ Czech, a.s.

The ANAJ Czech, a.s. is currently one of the leading Czech companies focusing on manufacturing and sharpening of special tools for cutting operations in mechanical engineering.

The main area of our activity is the development and manufacturing of rotary and stationary cutting tools made of sintered carbide, cermet and high-speed steel. We also offer deliveries of clamping systems and special tools with replaceable cutting inserts. We design, develop and manufacture special tools for our customers, which include suppliers of automotive, hydraulic, defence, power, air and space industries and many other clients, with the use of our own know-how for the solutions of individual requirements in the as well as series production. Based on the work-piece drawing we are able not only to design and manufacture the new tool, but also to implement it into the production process at the customer‘s, and thanks to the network of offices of our sales and technical representatives we can provide complex service during the whole period of working life of the tool. We design complex technologies of shaping for new work-pieces and we solve complicated shaping operations from the point of view of the technology as well as from the point of view of work-piece costs therefore, we can provide a complex tool-management. We use the experience acquired during the manufacturing of special tools for adjustment and sharpening of special and standard tools made by well-known companies. An important part of our offer is the coating of tools using the state-of-the-art technologies which ensure a long working life of the resharpened tool.

Česká zbrojovka a.s.

Česká zbrojovka is the main European production facility of the Group, located in Uherský Brod, Czech Republic. It produces firearms for commercial, military and law enforcement customers worldwide. The company exports products to more than 90 countries. Currently, Česká zbrojovka’s firearms are widely used by military and law enforcement agencies in more than 40 countries worldwide.

EXPLOSIA a.s.

Explosia is the traditional and most important Czech manufacturer of explosives, 100% owned by the Czech state. It´s an internationally known and important manufacturer of smokeless powders, black powder, industrial explosives, Bi-modular propellant charges for large-caliber ammunition, air rescue devices, and other specialties, including the world›s most famous plastic explosive, Semtex. An important part of Explosia is also the Research Institute of Industrial Chemistry with more than 70 years of tradition. In recent years, the Fospol division is also an important part of Explosia, offering a comprehensive range
of quarrying services.

Mencl Advanced Systems

Mencl Advanced Systems s.r.o. specializes in the comprehensive production and supply of inert (inactive) ammunition. We ensure a seamless process from initial design, through manufacturing to final delivery, supported by our extensive in-house capabilities – including foundry work, precision machining, welding, and forging.

Sellier&Bellot Int. a.s.

Sellier & Bellot Int. a.s produces a wide range of pistol, rifle, and shotgun ammunition for hunting and sports. The pistol and revolver ammunition is produced in calibers from 6,35 Browning to .460 S&W Magnum. They can be loaded with a non-toxic primer NONTOX. It is a non-toxic, non-corrosive, and non-erosive primer composition from which heavy metals have been removed. The company has obtained the patent protection of this solution not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe and the USA.

Spolana s.r.o.

SPOLANA s.r.o. ts engaged in the production of chemical substances and chemical mixtures and their sale. It produces sulfuric acid and oleum. The company is based in Neratovice, its production plant, covering some 260 hectares, 25 km to the north of Prague on the River Elbe.

STV GROUP a.s.

STV GROUP a.s. is one of the leading companies in the Czech defence industry and the country’s only manufacturer of large-calibre ammunition. Its portfolio includes artillery, tank and mortar rounds, as well as medium-calibre ammunition, plastic explosives and special engineer munitions. A sister company STV Technology complements the range with small-calibre production.
STV GROUP also focuses on the repair and modernization of heavy military vehicles, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and artillery systems, and operates extensive storage facilities for ammunition and explosives. The company is expanding into the development and production of ballistic protection for individuals, such as helmets and bulletproof vests. ZEVETA Bojkovice, a.s.

ZEVETA was founded as an ammunition factory in 1936 and since the very beginning its production program has been focused on ammunition products for armed forces. ZEVETA has its own design capacity for the development of various kinds of pyrotechnics and ammunition products.

ŽĎAS, a.s.

The joint-stock company ŽĎAS has been among the top in the engineering and metallurgical industry for more than 70 years. We supply the equipment adapted to the specific customer’s requirements. The production halls are equipped with high-quality machines for heavy and light machining, assembly and testing of individual products. AGADOS is a traditional Czech brand that has been producing trailers since 1992. It is the largest domestic trailer manufacturer and ranks among the largest European trailer manufacturers in the categories up to 750 kg and up to 3,500 kg. IBIPC is a contractual partner of the MoD CR for the supply of security elements, tested and certified by the Military Research Institute according to NATO construction standards STANAG 2280:2016 Ed. 2 for ballistic, blast and shrapnel resistance.

IBIPC products have been assigned a NATO STOCK NUMBER and are made of waterproof, patent protected ULTRA HIGH PERFORMANCE FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE composite with physical and mechanical properties maintaining extreme dimensional stability.
