MOTORPAL, a.s. is an engineering company with an 80-year tradition in the manufacture of fuel injection systems for diesel engines. It employs more than 800 people at two manufacturing plants in the Czech Republic. The company develops and manufactures mechanically and electronically controlled in-line injection pumps, injectors, high-pressure nozzles, injection system accessories, and replacement parts. Ninety percent of its production is exported to foreign markets. MOTORPAL products are used in agriculture, the energy sector, transportation, and the defense industry, where they serve as fuel injection systems for heavy trucks, main battle tanks (MBTs), infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), unmanned surface vessels (USVs), and boats. The company’s in-house research and development department focuses on the design of complete systems and individual components, the development of hardware and software for electronic control units (ECUs), calibration, and diagnostics. It also handles prototype construction, engine and durability testing, emissions measurement, combustion optimization, and the use of alternative fuels.

The company also offers custom manufacturing of high-precision parts based on customer drawings or samples. State-of-the-art technologies for machining, grinding, heat treatment, and electrical discharge machining (EDM), combined with advanced metrology, enable the company to achieve accuracies of up to 0.5 µm for complex products. This applies, among other things, to components for brake systems, gearboxes, and jet engines. MOTORPAL combines industrial know-how, export performance, and strategic technological expertise with its role as a stable regional employer.
