For precision micromachining, we use laser machines that enable us to manufacture microcomponents and process special materials with minimal thermal impact. We create microstructures that optimize the friction, optical, and other functional properties of surfaces. We verify the achieved parameters using high-quality metrology equipment, including contact measurement, a confocal microscope, and optical devices. We also custom-manufacture special cutting tools based on carbon composites, such as hybrid disc cutters.
