Česká spořitelna, a.s. Logo

Česká spořitelna, a.s.

Česká spořitelna is the largest bank in the Czech Republic and has long been one of the key partners of the Czech business community. With more than 200 years of history, the strong backing of the Erste Group, and an extensive network of experts across regions and sectors, we support companies at every stage of their development – from local projects to expansion into foreign markets.

Our corporate banking services are based on understanding the specific needs of our clients. We believe that a quality banking partnership is based on trust, expertise, and the ability to deliver solutions that give companies room to grow.

We place particular emphasis on supporting export-oriented companies. We help them not only with operational and investment financing, but also with export financing, hedging exchange rate risks, structuring business cases, and navigating foreign market conditions. Our product experts actively analyze the specifics of transactions and their customers with clients, help identify key risks, and propose appropriate ways to minimize them. We help companies navigate foreign market conditions and often accompany them in negotiations with their foreign partners. Thanks to close cooperation with institutions such as EGAP, export credit agencies (ECAs), development finance institutions (DFIs), the European Investment Bank (EIB), private credit insurance companies, and other institutions, we are able to offer comprehensive advisory services that make it easier for companies to enter new markets and develop their existing export activities.

In order to support cross-border trade not only for Česká spořitelna clients, but for the entire Erste Group, we have created a specialized competence center within the group.
This ensures the coordination and development of export consulting in all Erste countries and enables the use of available tools outside the Czech Republic, including connecting clients, their plans, and financing or support institutions across regions.

In addition to traditional banking services, we also offer modern digital tools for corporate finance management, sustainability consulting, and green project financing. Our goal is to be a stable and competent partner for companies – not only in the area of finance, but also in finding new opportunities and strategies for the future.

Česká spořitelna also plays a key role in retail banking. We serve more than 4 million clients, making us the largest bank in the country. This broad client base allows us to create strong links between citizens, businesses, and the public sector – and thus contribute to the overall stability and development of the Czech economy.

Defence and Security Industry Association of the CR

Established in 1997, the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (AOBP) is a non-governmental, independent, non-political, non-profit organisation representing corporate bodies engaged in the research, development, production, distribution, and support services of military and security equipment and infrastructure. AOBP serves as the official representative of the Czech defence and security industry. It maintains cooperation agreements with key ministries — including Defence, Industry and Trade, Foreign Affairs, and Interior — which strengthens its role in negotiations with both national and international partners. The Association actively protects and promotes the business interests of its members through regular dialogue with the Parliament, Government, and relevant state and international institutions. One of AOBP’s core missions is to connect Czech and foreign businesses and enhance the export capabilities of its members. It also offers a wide range of business, economic, and professional consulting services. The Association supports domestic producers in participating in tenders for the Czech Armed Forces and works to ensure the involvement of Czech industry in the procurement of foreign military systems, particularly in key technologies. Furthermore, AOBP coordinates and supports research, development, and testing of military equipment and materials to foster a competitive environment within the EU and NATO. AOBP also organises educational and promotional activities to support the professional growth and visibility of its member companies.
