SW-MOTECH s.r.o. has production capacities and technologies in the following areas: • CNC laser sheet metal cutting • CNC lasertube cutting of pipes and profiles • CNC press bending of sheet metal • CNC pipe bending • Welding (5x robotic welding, manual CO2 and TIG welding) • Powder coating – our own powder coating plant including mechanical (blasting) and chemical pre-treatment • Laser engraving • Assembly We work with various materials – most commonly steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Along with the EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate, we also hold the certification for welding components of railway vehicles: DIN EN 15085-2 CL1. In addition to parts for motorcycles of all global brands such as BMW, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, Harley-Davidson (our main production focus), we also manufacture components for railway vehicles, compressor frames and covers, frames for cargo e-bikes and other metal structures. We have been active in the market for 24 years and currently have 125 employees.

Instead, we offer our production capacities and technologies to partners who have their own products in this sector and are looking to increase their production capabilities through cooperation or the supply of components needed for their own manufacturing.
